How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped immediately after we receive it. Your shoe will be at your home within 2-3 working days via DHL.
How can you be sure that my shoes are genuine?
Our team consists of sneaker experts who have years of experience with all brands. If there is the slightest doubt about the authenticity or origin of an item, we will immediately reject it and the retailer.

Do I have a right of return?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note, however, that you must not damage or remove the wrapping. Once the sealing has been damaged or removed, we will not accept the item back.
Do you also buy sneakers from private collections?
Unfortunately, no. A private purchase is unfortunately not possible. We always want to be 100% sure of the origin of our goods and trust in our reliable suppliers.
How often do you get new goods?
We get new goods every day. All new articles will be put online immediately after the official releases. It is therefore worth checking the online shop regularly, we look forward to seeing you!
